Garbage should be placed at the curb by 5:30 AM on your collection day.

Yes. Tires, appliances, yard waste, hazardous materials, wet paint, syringes and construction or demolition debris are not allowed to go in your garbage. Most of these items can be picked separately for additional fees. Please contact our office for pricing.

Please call our office to schedule extra trash (furniture, bedding, etc.). Items not in your provided cart are subject to extra charges.

Bagging your trash greatly reduces odors and helps control litter. Keep the lid closed on your cart to keep animals out. An occasional wash with soap and water or a diluted bleach solution will help keep your cart clean and smelling fresh.

If your garbage is missed, please call our office within 24 hours. We reserve the right to charge a “go back” fee for call ins after 24 hours.

Please call the office to let us know if you will be gone for more than one pickup day so we can let our drivers know. If you will be gone for an extended time we can suspend your service until you return.

Please call our office for questions regarding your bill. Your account info is also available online.You will need your web ID number to access your account.

Yard waste pickup must be scheduled by 4:00pm on Tuesday for Wednesday pickup. Call-ins after 4:00 PM will be scheduled for the following week.
