Q: What time should I set my garbage out?
A: Garbage should be placed at the curb by 5:30 AM on your collection day.
Q: Is there anything that can't go in my garbage?
A: Yes. Tires, appliances, yard waste, hazardous materials, wet paint, syringes and construction or demolition debris are not allowed to go in your garbage. Most of these items can be picked separately for additional fees. Please contact our office for pricing.
Q: What if I have extra garbage?
A: Please call our office to schedule extra trash (furniture, bedding, etc.). Extra charges will apply.
Q: How do I keep my cart clean and odor free?
A: Bagging your trash greatly reduces odors and helps control litter. Keep the lid closed on your cart to keep animals out. An occasional wash with soap and water or a diluted bleach solution will help keep your cart clean and smelling fresh.
Q: What if my garbage was missed?
A: If your garbage is missed, please call our office to make alternative pickup arrangements.
Q: What if I won't be home for my pickup day?
A: Please call the office to let us know if you will be gone for more than one pickup day so we can let our drivers know. If you will be gone for an extended time we can suspend your service until you return.
Q: What if I have a question about my bill?
A: Please call our office for questions regarding your bill. Your account info is also available online. You will need your web ID number to access your account.
Q: When should I call to schedule yard waste pickup?
A: Yard waste pickup must be scheduled by 4:00pm on Tuesday for Wednesday pickup. Call-ins after 4:00 PM will be scheduled for the following week.
